Relax Gaming has appointed Angela van den Berg as General Counsel, expanding its senior leadership team as the igaming aggregator continues its international growth strategy.
Van den Berg brings more than 17 years of legal experience advising companies in the igaming sector, with expertise spanning commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law. Her career includes roles in private practice as well as in-house positions across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Relax Gaming, she served as Chief Legal Officer at Games Global, where she played a key role in establishing the company’s global corporate structure and legal framework. Her leadership helped define Games Global’s legal operations and supported its broader strategic initiatives.
In her new role, van den Berg will lead Relax Gaming’s legal function from its Isle of Man office, providing strategic counsel across the group’s operations. She will oversee legal compliance and governance as the company continues to scale across regulated markets.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, van den Berg also chairs Love Tech, a local Isle of Man charity focused on mentoring and encouraging young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), reflecting her commitment to diversity and education in the technology space.
