RubyPlay, a B2B iGaming development studio, has appointed Motti Gil as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the company’s growth strategy and international expansion plans.
Motti Gil brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously worked at NeoGames, where he was instrumental in the company’s expansion. As CFO of Aspire Global starting in 2016, Motti played a key role in the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2017 and was involved in significant mergers and acquisitions, including the integration of Pariplay and BtoBet into Aspire’s portfolio. These acquisitions were part of a broader strategy that led to Aspire Global’s acquisition by NeoGames in 2022.
Following the acquisition, Motti was promoted to CFO of NeoGames, contributing to the company’s financial management during a period of significant growth, including its $1.2 billion acquisition by Aristocrat.
At RubyPlay, Motti will focus on developing and refining financial and business policies to support the company’s expansion, especially after its recent market entry in the United States with Rush Street Interactive. This appointment reflects RubyPlay’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its presence within the global gaming industry.
