SIS Adds Over 700 Live Malaysian Races to Betting Portfolio

SIS (Sports Information Services), a provider of 24/7 live betting services, is expanding its racing offerings by incorporating premier horse races from Malaysia, with fixed-odds wagering available.

Through an agreement with Singapore Pools, which holds the international simulcast rights from Selangor and Perak Turf Clubs, SIS will add 738 races annually from these clubs. Notable Group 1 contests include the Selangor Gold Cup and the Perak Coronation Cup, enriching SIS’s live content.

This integration enhances wagering opportunities for a global audience, delivered by SIS as a comprehensive solution including data, live pictures, and pricing. Fixed-odds wagering will be available for all 738 races, boosting engagement. SIS’s Trading team will price the content based on local Tote odds, a consistent approach used in other markets across Asia and the US to ensure robust fixed-odds pricing.

The introduction of fixed-odds wagering is expected to increase engagement and provide familiarity for bettors interested in Malaysian racing, a betting format popular in many regions.

This agreement with Singapore Pools adds to SIS’s extensive library of over 36,000 annual horse races. Recently, SIS has also included premium fixtures from Korea and Poland, along with renewing rights to showcase premier racing from Spain.

Conall McSorley, Head of Racing at SIS, said: “The Asian market is very important to SIS, and horse racing from Malaysia has consistently delivered in quality. By enhancing our Live Racing portfolio with action from Selangor and Perak along with presenting fixed-odds wagering opportunities, we firmly believe the comprehensive offering will be positively received across the globe.”

Simon Leong, Chief Product Officer of Singapore Pools said: “We look forward to this partnership and bringing quality races from Malaysia to a wider audience. Together, we are delighted to enhance our cooperation with SIS to delivering top-quality international racing content and contributing to the growth of the sport.”
