SIS Expands Competitive Gaming and Trading Teams with Key Hires

SIS (Sports Information Services), a leading multi-channel supplier of 24/7 live betting services, has made two strategic appointments to bolster its Competitive Gaming operations. This move follows the successful launch of its esports product in two US states.

Jacob Howard joins as Esports Product Manager, bringing extensive experience from the esports sector. He previously worked on Alphadraft, a platform offering fantasy contests based on esports competitions that was later acquired by FanDuel. Most recently, Howard was part of Abios, a prominent esports data and odds provider, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth leading to its acquisition by Kambi.

Aaron St Pierre has been appointed as Trading Manager, possessing a decade of expertise in trading for sports betting operators and platforms. St Pierre’s notable experience in US sports comes as Competitive Gaming continues to establish a significant presence in the country.

With successful product launches in New Jersey and Colorado, and more states to follow, these new appointments underscore the importance of esports to the SIS brand.

Designed specifically for sportsbooks, this market-leading product offers operators round-the-clock content, covering over 180,000 events per year. The solution delivers considerable margins, with operators benefiting from markets and bet types that cater to both traditional sports and esports bettors.

Featuring live head-to-head competitions, ESIC-trained integrity referees for each game, live caster commentary, and on-screen graphics such as form, player stats, and results, this product offers bettors an array of innovative content to enjoy in the iGaming and sports betting industry.

Adam Conway, Head of Esports & Competitive Gaming said, “We are delighted to welcome Jacob and Aaron to SIS. Their knowledge and skills will only strengthen our Competitive Gaming offering as we continue to make positive strides with our industry-leading product.

“This is a hugely exciting time for SIS, and to make such key hires is a testament to the company and our continued success in creating engaging esports betting opportunities for our partners and bettors alike.”
