All-Index™ Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Survey Re-opens

Following an 18 month pause due to the pandemic the All-In Diversity Project is pleased to announce the return of their annual survey, the All-Index. The 2019 Index showcased the most compelling evidence to date of the link between diversity and commercial success, with the top two spots claimed by Entain and IGT, closely followed by Sky, SIS and Betsson. Covering the slightly longer period 2020/21, this year’s survey will aim to understand how the pandemic has changed workplace practices as well as continuing to build on the work we started in 2019 in relation to data and demographics outside of just gender.

The All-In Diversity Project, an industry-led not-for-profit initiative benchmarking diversity, equality and inclusion across the global betting and gaming industry, has released the third edition of it’s All-Index™survey.

The survey, which has been developed in partnership with the Centre of Diversity & Policy Research and Practise at Oxford Brookes University Business School, is available to any organisation whether it be an operator, provider/supplier, regulator, association or other entity within the sector. The data collected is used to produce the All-Index™ – an annual industry report on the state Diversity, Equality & Inclusion.

“Thanks to our partners who continue to support our work, the Index is available to any business who would like to participate. And we’ll continue to benchmark data for each participant for as long as they contribute. That’s real value for any business who gets involved,” says Kelly Kehn, Co-Founder of All-in Diversity Project.
