Tornado Games, a renowned slot game developer that prioritizes exhilarating player experiences, has bolstered its top-tier management by appointing industry veteran Julia Weygandt as its Chief Operations Officer.
Weygandt brings a vast and successful background in the global iGaming sector to her new role. She embarked on her journey in 2005, joining the land-based powerhouse Gauselmann Group based in Germany as an apprentice and later transitioning to an executive assistant role. Following this, she moved to the Schmidt Gruppe, before making her entry into the online sector with GAMOMAT, where she eventually ascended to the position of Head of International Partnerships.
Prior to joining Tornado Games, Weygandt held the role of Head of Business Development at Red Rhino Limited.
In her new role as Chief Operations Officer, Weygandt will have a critical part in elevating Tornado Games from its start-up phase to becoming a prominent name in the iGaming industry. Her responsibilities will include team expansion, devising effective strategies and growth plans, refining internal processes, and spearheading the company’s entry into new jurisdictions.
