WebPrefer Integrates Tugi Tark AI Customer Service into iGaming Platform

Tugi Tark has entered into a strategic partnership with Swedish software company WebPrefer, integrating its AI-powered customer service tools into the Wepam iGaming platform. The collaboration embeds Tugi Tark’s support software directly into WebPrefer’s Player Account Management (PAM) system, creating a unified solution for operators seeking to enhance player service and operational efficiency.

The integration is designed to address sector-wide demands for scalable multilingual support, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and improved customer engagement. Operators using the Wepam platform will have access to automated support capabilities alongside existing features including multi-brand management, CRM, rewards programmes, responsible gaming tools, and real-time monitoring.

The combined offering is aimed at iGaming operators expanding across multiple brands and jurisdictions, providing a plug-and-play setup that can be customised and deployed quickly while supporting a wide range of languages and compliance needs. Both companies see the partnership as a step toward streamlining operational processes and elevating customer experience in regulated markets.
