ZEAL Network SE has announced the appointment of Andrea Behrendt as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 1, 2025. Behrendt will succeed Sebastian Bielski, who has informed the company’s Supervisory Board of his decision to step down to pursue new professional opportunities. As a result, his contract will be terminated early, with his tenure concluding on March 31, 2025.
Behrendt currently serves as Vice President of Group Controlling & Portfolio Management at ZEAL and has held various finance-related roles within the company since 2012. She also serves as CFO of ZEAL’s subsidiary, LOTTO24 AG. Prior to joining ZEAL, she held senior management positions in controlling at VTG and the Hofmeister Group.
As Germany’s market leader in online lotteries, ZEAL continues to focus on financial stability and strategic growth. Behrendt’s appointment ensures continuity in financial leadership as the company moves forward in an evolving igaming landscape.

In his role as CFO, Sebastian Bielski was responsible for finance, investor relations and all ESG issues. His term of office included the squeeze-out of LOTTO24 AG in November 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, Sebastian Bielski will complete the current annual report before Andrea Behrendt takes over the role of CFO on April 1, 2025. “I did not take the decision lightly, as ZEAL is an extremely dynamic and attractive company with a great and highly motivated team,” explains Sebastian Bielski.
