BetBoom Obtains Betting and Gambling License in Peru

BetBoom has officially obtained a local license for gambling operations in Peru.

BetBoom is a high-tech betting holding company that started its operations in 2011. The company offers one of the most user-friendly products using advanced technologies in the international market. It is a global sponsor of Esports organisations BetBoom Team and Team Spirit and a sponsor of Tier 1 Dota 2 and CS2 tournament broadcasts. For the company, development in these disciplines is a priority as it helps strengthen the international brand, attract new users and partners, and enhance recognition within the esports community.

Top Peruvian gaming streamer Mr.Choco is already an ambassador for BetBoom. Known for his broadcasts on Twitch, he has built an audience of 180,000 followers by playing various video games and hosting entertaining streams. Mr.Choco is a prominent figure in the Dota 2 community and a regular commentator for Tier 1 tournaments such as The International and Riyadh Masters.

In 2022, BetBoom began operations in Latin America and positioned itself as an esports bookmaker with a broad sports line and gambling products.

Obtaining licenses in Latin American countries is a key component of the company’s international expansion strategy. The company has previously secured a gambling license in Mexico.

“The acquisition of the Peruvian license opens up new opportunities for us to promote the project. We are already developing a marketing communication plan and exploring new traffic channels, considering platforms for our digital expansion,” said the Press Office of the international BetBoom project.

BetBoom is also a sponsor of the Elite League tournament organized by Peruvian company ESB, set to take place in Lima in August 2024. Last year, the holding supported the Lima Major 2023, which featured top teams such as Gaimin Gladiators, Team Liquid, and Talon Esports.

It’s worth noting that BetBoom’s international project operates online and offers betting through its website and mobile platforms. A downloadable app for Android will be available soon.
