BetGames has launched a new user interface called Casino View, aimed at elevating the player experience across its game range. This new feature offers operators and players the option to switch between the traditional betslip user interface and the innovative chips-based Casino View.
The initial rollout of Casino View will see an updated layout for several of BetGames’ casino titles, starting with Classic Wheel, Wheel of Fortune, and Dice Duel games. Subsequently, the new interface will be integrated across the broader game portfolio, including the widely played live broadcast game, Bet-on-Poker.
A significant aspect of introducing Casino View is to enhance player immersion. This is achieved through a combination of straightforward instant betting functionalities and a visually appealing design. The interface provides players with the flexibility to choose between using chips or a betslip for placing bets, effectively merging elements of both sports betting and casino gaming experiences.
This update represents a strategic move by BetGames to facilitate a smooth transition for players from casual betting to more regular engagement with various games. It underscores the company’s commitment to continually enhancing product offerings to benefit operators and enrich the player experience in the iGaming sector.
Ian Catchick, CPO at BetGames, said: “Our mission is to help our partners nurture recreational bettors into games players, and accessibility and ease of use are crucial on this journey.
“We have optimised response times, with the feature available from any API, enabling players to place a bet with just a few clicks. In the lead up to ICE 2024, one of the most significant events in the gaming industry, we’re excited to showcase this new UI alongside a set of new content that will help us fulfil our brand promise.”
