BitcoinCasino.VIP has launched an AI-driven game recommendation engine from GamePark as part of an effort to refine player discovery and personalisation across its igaming platform.
Under the partnership, GamePark’s recommendation technology has been deployed within BitcoinCasino.VIP’s lobby and player-facing interfaces, enabling personalised game suggestions and curated lobby environments based on individual player behaviour as well as operator-defined objectives. The system is designed to support improved game discoverability while allowing operators to adjust recommendation parameters in line with commercial and operational priorities.
BitcoinCasino.VIP, which launched in 2025, operates within the crypto-focused igaming segment and positions itself around a VIP-oriented offering and exclusive rewards structure. The integration of GamePark’s technology forms part of the operator’s approach to differentiating its product through data-led personalisation rather than relying solely on static lobby layouts or manual curation.
According to information provided by the companies, the GamePark integration has been live on BitcoinCasino.VIP for approximately three months. During that period, the operator has reported early indicators of increased engagement and content discovery among players using the personalised interfaces.
GamePark said its recommendation engine has delivered a 57% increase in average session length compared with control groups since launch. The technology was also used to support BitcoinCasino.VIP’s Christmas campaign, where session length during December was reported to be 78% higher than control groups exposed to non-personalised experiences.
The deployment reflects a broader trend across the igaming sector toward the use of AI-driven personalisation to optimise player journeys, increase engagement and surface relevant content more efficiently. As competition intensifies across both fiat and crypto igaming platforms, operators are increasingly turning to automated recommendation technologies as part of their product and retention strategies.
