EveryMatrix has announced a public offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Fantasma Games AB for SEK 59 (€5.21) per share, valuing the deal at SEK 209.8 million (€18.5 million). Fantasma Games shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Sweden.
The offer period is set to begin on September 19th, 2024, and will conclude on October 10th, 2024. EveryMatrix, a global leader in B2B iGaming software, aims to significantly enhance its gaming portfolio through the acquisition. The deal would add Fantasma Games’ popular titles to EveryMatrix’s existing platform, which serves over 250 operators across 50 countries.
EveryMatrix’s SlotMatrix aggregation platform, the largest in the world, offers over 29,000 games from 330+ third-party studios, in addition to its in-house titles from Armadillo Studios. Acquiring Fantasma Games would further strengthen the company’s games division and enhance synergies between the two firms.
Fantasma Games, a respected games developer, reported an EBITDA of €395k for Q2 2024 with a profit margin of 36%. More than 50% of Fantasma’s shareholders have already signed agreements to sell their shares, with the bid requiring 90% acceptance to proceed. EveryMatrix will provide updates as the acquisition process progresses.
