Games Global Announces Chairman Transition

Games Global Limited (Games Global) today announced that Gavin Isaacs will step down from his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. This decision follows his recent appointment as CEO of Entain plc, commencing 2nd September 2024. Isaacs will continue to serve on the Board of Games Global as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Games Global expressed gratitude to Gavin Isaacs for his guidance and leadership since his appointment as Chairman in October 2022 and looks forward to his continued contributions in his new role.

Walter Bugno, the Company’s CEO and a current member of the Board of Directors, will serve as Interim Chairman until a new permanent Chairman is appointed.
