Gaming Corps AB (publ) has announced a new partnership with a well-established global iGaming Group, securing an initial order valued at approximately MSEK 7 over a 12-month period. This agreement focuses on developing 5-7 games, depending on complexity and functionality, through Gaming Corps’ Remote Game Server (RGS) for distribution via its extensive network.
This collaboration marks a strategic move for the iGaming Group, which plans to launch significant marketing campaigns ahead of the first game’s release. The first project is set to begin immediately, ensuring no disruption to Gaming Corps’ existing game production schedule. Additionally, the agreement includes a profit-sharing component between the two companies, further enhancing the partnership’s value.
“The initial order value in this collaboration is at a level that has a significant impact on our revenue, and the potential in the discussions we are having is even greater than that. It is very exciting for us and is a great acknowledgement of the hard work we have put into building a strong distribution network over the past few years. We also hope to be able to cost-effectively scale this concept with other game studios going forward,” says Juha Kauppinen, CEO of Gaming Corps.
