ImpactWin Acquires Scout to Expand iGaming Reach

ImpactWin Group AB has completed the acquisition of Scout Holding Ltd, as the Swedish group moves to expand its position across digital entertainment, igaming and sports-related products.

The transaction includes Scout’s operating business within Scout Gaming Group, which focuses on fantasy sports and sportsbook-related products with an international B2B customer base. Existing clients include operators such as bet365 and Kaizen, alongside an established technology platform and commercial network.

ImpactWin stated that the acquisition is intended to support the development of a scalable platform across digital entertainment, with igaming forming part of a broader strategy that also includes sport association financing and engagement products.

The combined business is expected to generate annual revenue of approximately SEK 75m, with ImpactWin identifying opportunities to expand distribution across both companies’ networks, introduce additional products to existing customers and accelerate entry into new geographic markets.

Scout’s operations also extend ImpactWin’s regulatory footprint, adding presence in markets including the United Kingdom, Malta, the United States and Greece, complementing ImpactWin’s existing licences in Sweden.

The acquisition forms part of ImpactWin’s wider growth strategy ahead of a planned public listing, with the company indicating it may pursue further transactions as it seeks to scale its igaming and digital platform operations. The group has outlined an ambition to reach annual revenue of at least SEK 100m through continued expansion and integration of new assets.
