Intouch Games Engages Neccton’s Mentor for Enhanced Responsible Gambling Measures

Neccton, a global leader in Responsible Gambling (RG) and Anti-Money Laundering software solutions, has expanded its client base by integrating Intouch Games, a subsidiary of the Skywind Group, into its suite of solutions.

This collaboration will equip Intouch Games with Neccton’s mentor, an AI-powered tool that performs real-time data analysis to track potential problematic gambling behaviours. The tool identifies and responds to triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency, alerting both the operator and the player to potential issues. This swift identification allows for more informed decision-making, enhancing player protection and facilitating a more responsible iGaming experience.

The mentor tool, besides its RG capabilities, also includes modules for Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and aCRM, allowing Neccton’s clients to address multiple challenges through a single vendor.

Neccton’s software is the result of over 15 years of academic research led by Dr. Michael Auer, the company’s director and head of development. Renowned as a leading academic in RG research, Dr. Auer’s work has culminated in the creation of the mentor tool, whose research is frequently cited by regulatory bodies in their guidelines for operators.

Dr. Auer said of the new partnership, “We are both proud and delighted to welcome Intouch and their famous brands into our family. Working with us means they are ahead of the curve with player protection, and what operator would not want that? We are looking forward to a great partnership with Intouch Games – and even more UK players protected with our software.”

Hilary Stewart-Jones, director of Intouch Games added, “We all hugely respect Dr. Auer’s work in this critical field and look forward to many years of collaboration in raising the bar of the RG industry norms.”
