LCKY Group has appointed Alex Manning as Group Chief Technology Officer following the company’s recent strategic rebrand from Glitnor Group earlier this year. The appointment represents the first senior leadership addition since the organisation adopted its new corporate identity in January.
The company rebranded to LCKY Group as part of a repositioning intended to reflect the portfolio of brands operating under its structure and to support future expansion across the igaming sector. The change marked a new phase for the entrepreneurial-led business as it continues developing its technology and platform capabilities.
Manning joins LCKY Group with more than 25 years of experience across the fintech and igaming industries. His career has included senior technology leadership roles focused on digital transformation, product development and scaling technology platforms within regulated digital sectors.
Prior to joining LCKY Group, Manning served as Chief Technology Officer for igaming at Light & Wonder, where he led engineering teams through a shift toward a product-led development model. During his tenure, the company implemented cross-functional delivery processes and introduced a range of new digital products while expanding into additional markets within the igaming sector.
At LCKY Group, Manning will oversee the company’s technology strategy, engineering operations and platform development across its portfolio of igaming brands. The role is expected to involve supporting the group’s technology infrastructure as it continues to expand its presence in regulated markets.
Technology leadership has become an increasingly central focus for companies operating in the igaming industry, where platform scalability, product development and compliance with regulatory frameworks require significant technical oversight. The appointment of a group-level CTO reflects a broader trend among igaming operators and technology providers strengthening their executive teams to support digital growth and international expansion.
