iGaming operator MegawaysCasino has expanded into international .com markets through a partnership with SkillOnNet following the brand’s relaunch in the UK earlier this year.
The rollout is being conducted under SkillOnNet’s Malta Gaming Authority licence and extends MegawaysCasino’s availability to players across multiple international jurisdictions. The operator stated that the expansion follows the relaunch of the brand in the UK market in March, supported by updated platform technology and revised branding.
MegawaysCasino is centred around the Megaways™ mechanic developed by Big Time Gaming, which uses a variable reel system offering up to 117,649 ways to win on each spin. The mechanic has been integrated into a wide range of online slot releases since its introduction and remains a commonly used feature across regulated iGaming markets.
The platform offers more than 8,000 games across slots, crash games, live casino and table game categories. MegawaysCasino’s catalogue includes titles such as Monopoly Megaways, Extra Chilli Megaways, Rasputin Megaways and Bonanza, the original release built around the mechanic.
SkillOnNet operates online casino and sportsbook brands across multiple regulated jurisdictions and provides platform infrastructure for third-party operators. The launch of MegawaysCasino into .com markets forms part of the company’s broader international iGaming expansion strategy.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
Giordana Anticoli Kalifa, Country Manager at SkillOnNet said: “MegawaysCasino has performed exceptionally well in the UK, and it quickly became clear that there was strong demand for this experience in other regulated markets. With Megaways™ already hugely popular worldwide, expanding under our MGA licence allows us to bring this iconic product to even more players in a safe and fully compliant way. This is just the beginning of our global journey.”
