MGM Resorts Appoints Daniel Yang as Chief Customer & Innovation Officer


MGM Resorts International has announced the appointment of Daniel Yang as its new Chief Customer & Innovation Officer. In this newly created role, Yang will be responsible for spearheading the company’s global consumer success strategy, focusing on optimizing growth and profitability through the integration of digital technology with the guest experience.

Before joining MGM Resorts, Yang held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Leisure Limited, where he played a key role in driving corporate strategy, long-term planning, and corporate development. Prior to that, he gained extensive experience in strategy, general management, and operations at Viacom (now Paramount). Additionally, Yang served as the CEO and co-founder of a mobile gaming startup and worked as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Daniel Yang holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. With his diverse background and expertise, he is well-positioned to lead MGM Resorts in its pursuit of innovation and enhanced customer experiences within the iGaming industry.
