Paf Revenue Reaches €214.5m in 2025

Paf reported revenue of €214.5 million for 2025, up 12% from €191.7 million in the previous year, while profit increased from €54.3 million to €57.2 million.

The company said active customer numbers also rose by 12% during the year, contributing to the overall financial performance across its iGaming operations.

Paf also confirmed that annual distributions to social and community projects totalled €55.5 million in 2025. According to the company, total distributions since its foundation in 1966 have now reached €527.9 million. The funds are allocated across areas including sport, culture, youth programmes, environmental initiatives and social activities.

Alongside its financial results, Paf outlined further changes to its responsible gaming measures. During 2025, the operator reduced its mandatory annual loss limit to €16,000 for all customers and €6,000 for players aged between 20 and 24. In February 2026, the general mandatory loss limit was reduced again to €15,000.

The company stated that the revised limits form part of its long-term responsible gaming strategy within the regulated iGaming sector. Paf also reported that its highest-loss customer segment had fallen to zero between 2017 and 2025 following the introduction of loss limits.

According to the operator, revenue from customers losing less than €8,000 annually increased by 17.5% year-on-year. Paf added that the figures relating to customer segments had been reviewed by auditors as part of the financial statement audit process.

“The profit improved by five percent, which means that Paf delivered the strongest result in the company’s history. Our figures are positive across all our markets and our physical operations increased revenue by three percent,” says Christer Fahlstedt, CEO.

“Contributing more than 500 million euro to building a stronger society in Åland is a new milestone in Paf’s 60-year history. Paf has made a remarkable journey from offering local gaming experiences in Åland in the 1960s to introducing gaming onboard ferries during the latter part of the 20th century. With the development of digital gaming since the early 2000s, Paf is today an established operator in several markets across Europe,” says Jan-Mikael von Schantz, Chairman of the Board at Paf.

“It is the result of long-term and successful work carried out with great expertise by Paf’s management and employees,” he adds.

“We do not take the measures we introduce lightly, it requires a great deal from all of us at Paf when we implement responsible gaming measures that other operators in the industry do not have. At the same time, we are proud to stand by what we believe is the right and responsible way forward,” says Christer Fahlstedt.

“Our customer segments show the progress we have made over the years and how we continue to strive for more sustainable revenue. We will be a sustainable entertainment company that can show and stand behind what we do,” says Christer Fahlstedt.
