Australian sportsbook Punt123 has launched personalised betting prompts through a partnership with OtherLevels, aimed at delivering tailored betting content to customers based on live data and user behaviour.
The integration uses the OtherLevels Sports and Experience Platform alongside Punt123’s existing connection to BetMakers’ Apollo sportsbook platform.
Under the arrangement, customers will receive automated race and form information, as well as personalised betting recommendations. The content is delivered both during active sessions and when users are not logged in, through Intercom and Xtremepush push notification channels.
The rollout combines live sportsbook data with customer activity to generate targeted content and betting prompts across multiple touchpoints.
The partnership forms part of Punt123’s customer engagement strategy and expands its use of automated personalisation tools within its sportsbook offering.
