River Tech Signs New Commercial Agreement – Collaboration in Blockchain Technologies

River Tech p.l.c. previously announced its plans to build a strong and dedicated strategy focusing on developing its B2B verticals.

The Group recognises the successful ongoing contractual arrangements with Tech4S Limited, and today announces the signing of another commercial agreement with Tech4S Limited, focusing on the provision of business and technological development services.

This commercial agreement formalises the intention of a strategic collaboration between the parties with the aim of utilising decentralized technology together with third parties within the blockchain arena.

The agreement aims to position the Group as a future leader in digital innovation through AI-powered and data-driven technological products. It is based on market terms and is expected to generate an initial value of €5M throughout the first phase of collaboration. The Company will start generating revenue from the contract starting from Q1 2021.
