SkillOnNet brings Light & Wonder, ELK Studios to Mexico

SkillOnNet has expanded its igaming footprint in Mexico by extending its partnerships with Light & Wonder and ELK Studios, introducing their content across the company’s local Spanish-language casino platforms, including PlayUZU.

This development enhances SkillOnNet’s presence in the regulated Mexican igaming market and brings a range of high-profile titles to regional players. The collaboration sees Light & Wonder’s well-known games, such as Dragon Train, Hot Hot Blazing Locks, and Stargate Megaways, added to the portfolio. These titles are now accessible to Mexican users through SkillOnNet-powered platforms.

ELK Studios, acquired by Light & Wonder in 2021, is also included in the rollout. Known for its gameplay mechanics and distinctive approach to slot development, ELK’s catalogue features games like Nitropolis, Tinkerbot, and Pirot, alongside the studio’s proprietary X-iter and CollectR functionalities.

The move forms part of SkillOnNet’s broader strategy to localise premium content across regulated markets and reflects growing demand for diverse igaming entertainment in Latin America.

Jani Kontturi, Head of Games at SkillOnNet said: “We are delighted to bring Light & Wonder’s and Elk Studios’ superb portfolios to our Mexican customers. Both studios have a strong reputation for developing world-class content, and their games have already proven to be hugely popular in other markets. By strengthening these partnerships, we continue to offer our players in Mexico an unmatched gaming experience with top-tier titles.”

Jack Riley, Commercial Account Director at Light & Wonder said: “It’s great to build on our highly successful partnership with SkillOnNet, enhancing our shared commitment to delivering high-quality, immersive gaming experiences. Through this expansion, we’re ensuring that more players have access to the rich variety of games that have made Light & Wonder and ELK Gaming leaders in the industry.”
