The partnership between the two igaming entities began in 2022, starting with the Winnerz brand. Spinwise recognizes the value of Enteractive’s tailored retention and reactivation solutions as an efficient method to revitalize revenue streams from previously inactive player segments.

Enteractive, with over 12 years of experience in the igaming arena, specializes in player retention and reactivation. They are well-regarded for their contribution to revenue growth in the igaming sector.

Following the positive outcome with the Winnerz campaign in 2022, Spinwise integrated reactivation services for their newly launched brands, Wisho and Trickz. The integration leverages Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform, which offers an efficient integration of player databases. This platform is equipped with native-speaking agents who initiate personalized, one-on-one phone engagements with players across various markets.

Such a customized CRM strategy has shown effectiveness in re-engaging lapsed player segments. Additionally, Enteractive ensures that responsible gambling practices are embedded within their outreach efforts.
