Learning how to play the Stake Mines game is straightforward. Assuming you've already created an account and made the Stake minimum deposit of €5, here’s a look at the process:
Step 1: Load the Game
Once you’ve created your Stake.com account on desktop or Stake mobile app, log in and use the search function to load Stake Mines. Ensure you have funds in your account too, with the minimum bet being €0.01.
Step 2: Select Your Mode

Then we had to select between 1 and 24 mines, with the multiplier increasing with each additional mine.
Step 4: Unveil a Tile
Once you’re happy with the stake size and number of mines, you can click “Bet” and then click a square to see if there’s a gem or a mine behind it. The alternative is to select “Random Pick” and allow the game to choose a square at random.
You can set up hotkeys to use your keyboard to dictate your next move instead of always clicking with your mouse. Just click the settings icon underneath the game and choose “Hotkeys”.
Step 5: Watch Your Total Profit
You can keep track of the current size of your multiplier by looking at “Total Profit”. The number in brackets will be the multiplier you get if you decide to “Cashout” at that point. In this example, we would get 1.13x if we decided to cash out at this point.
Step 6: Cash Out or Continue
You can end the round whenever you want. If you’re a winner, you will see the multiplier appear.
In this example, we set one mine with a €0.05 bet, resulting in a 1.13x multiplier when we clicked “Cashout.” To continue the round, just pick another tile and keep repeating this process as you wish.
If you click on a tile with a mine, then the round ends straight away, and you lose your stake. You can click the “Live Stats” section to keep track in real time of your total wagered on Stake.com Mines, profit, and wins/losses.
