iGaming operator StarCasinò has expanded its online casino offering through a partnership with Octoplay as the supplier continues to increase its presence in the regulated Italian iGaming market.
The agreement brings Octoplay’s content portfolio live on StarCasinò, the Italian online casino brand operated by Betsson Group. The launch represents Octoplay’s third integration with a major Italian operator in the last four months, following previous agreements with PokerStars and Sisal.
The supplier stated that the rollout forms part of a wider European expansion strategy that has also included recent launches with bet365 in the UK, Luckia in Spain and Adjarabet in Georgia. Octoplay currently holds licences across 17 regulated jurisdictions spanning Europe, North America and South America.
Italy remains one of Europe’s largest regulated iGaming markets, with operators continuing to expand online casino offerings through partnerships with third-party suppliers. The StarCasinò agreement extends Octoplay’s distribution footprint in the country while adding further online casino content to the operator’s platform.
StarCasinò operates as one of Betsson Group’s Italian-facing brands within the country’s regulated online gaming sector. Betsson Group maintains sportsbook and online casino operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
Octoplay develops online casino content for regulated iGaming markets and has continued to expand its operator network since launching less than three years ago. The company stated that its recent integrations reflect continued growth across several regulated European markets following the appointment of Ralitsa Georgieva as chief executive officer.
