During his tenure at Rank Group, a prominent UK-based casino and bingo enterprise, Smith spearheaded the expansion of their Player Account Management (PAM) systems and Omni-Channel experiences, showcasing his adeptness in fostering innovation and scalability within intricate environments. This expertise holds significant relevance for both tribal and commercial casinos seeking to optimize the synergy between their land-based and digital operations.

With extensive involvement in Class III and Class II gaming, coupled with a profound understanding of US regulatory frameworks and technical intricacies, Smith offers a distinctive perspective to Strive Gaming.
