WA. Technology Rolls Out New iGaming Sportsbook Service


WA. Technology has launched a standalone Sportsbook Managed Service, aiming to support igaming operators in maximising profitability through enhanced risk management and trading strategies. Previously offered exclusively as part of broader platform packages, the service is now available globally to sportsbooks via third-party integration.

The solution provides a detailed approach to sportsbook operations, including market-specific margin analysis, customer profiling, and content optimisation. WA. Technology’s in-house team will manage rejected bet monitoring, stake factoring, and watchlist oversight to reduce risk exposure, while also reviewing the performance of features such as cashout tools and content usage.

Drawing on operational experience in regions including Brazil, Mexico, India, Eastern Europe, and Africa, the service also incorporates localisation strategies and reporting tools to ensure competitive positioning. The offering is compatible with any sportsbook software provider and is aimed at operators seeking specialist support without building in-house teams.

Four sportsbooks have already adopted the managed service since its external launch. The unit is led by Commercial Director Dave Hickey and Risk & Trading Manager Niall Creevey, supported by a team of 24 staff with experience across major tier-one operators.
