WSOP Online and GGPoker have released information about their upcoming 2023 online poker tournament series. Introduced in 2020, WSOP Online is an online poker tournament series.
In the 2023 series, international participants can compete for WSOP gold bracelets at GGPoker. For those based in Ontario, the competition will be available on GGPoker.CA. Meanwhile, participants from specific U.S. states, including Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, can join tournaments on WSOP.COM. During this series, GGPoker and WSOP.COM plan to offer 33 WSOP gold bracelets each, and GGPoker.CA will offer an additional eight bracelets.
The tournaments at GGPoker and GGPoker.CA are scheduled from August 20 to October 2, 2023, while the WSOP.COM events will run from September 10 to October 17. The series encompasses a variety of buy-in levels and will feature daily satellites.
Daniel Negreanu will be joining the series via GGPoker and intends to participate in several events. He will also live stream some of his games on the GGPoker app.
Additionally, a promotional event named Rush & Cash Double DNegs will run on GGPoker’s Rush & Cash tables, with further details to be provided later.
The domestic part of the WSOP Online 2023 series will begin with a $400 Series No Limit Hold’em event. The series will include other events, such as the Colossus and the $1,000 Online Championship, among others. There are also newly introduced events this year. To participate in the series, players need to be within certain state borders. Specific rates for participants will be available in Nevada and New Jersey.
