Bally’s Appoints Don Westcott and Tammi Barlow in Key Leadership Roles

Bally’s Corporation has made significant announcements regarding its leadership team with the introduction of Don Westcott as the SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer and Tammi Barlow as the VP of Global Responsibility and Social Impact.

With a robust background spanning over 25 years in the financial technology and igaming sectors, Don Westcott brings a wealth of compliance expertise to Bally’s. He previously held the title of Global Head of Compliance at Nuvei, an international payment service provider. His career has seen prominent roles at industry giants such as Fiserv, First Data, Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos, and the Isle of Capri Casinos. Notably, Westcott’s journey in the igaming sector began at Jumer’s Casino & Hotel, presently known as Bally’s Quad Cities. He possesses an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Tammi M. Barlow, on the other hand, has an impressive track record of over a decade, meticulously crafting and overseeing responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility programs within the igaming industry. Prior to her new role at Bally’s, Tammi played a pivotal role in shaping Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) corporate social responsibility trajectory. She also took initiatives in enhancing RSI’s responsible gaming, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Tammi has held leadership positions in renowned organizations such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Global Gaming Women and the Responsible Gaming Committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling. Holding an M.B.A from Roosevelt University in Chicago, she will operate from Bally’s central office in Providence, Rhode Island.

These strategic appointments underscore Bally’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and emphasizing social responsibility within the igaming sector.
