Bally’s Incorporates White Hat Gaming’s PAM in Ohio Expansion

iGaming platform provider, White Hat Gaming, has initiated the implementation of its PAM (Player Account Management) with Bally’s Corporation in Ohio. This integration represents the initial step of Bally’s broader strategy to expand its sportsbook operations.

Earlier in the year, an exclusive B2B agreement was established between the two entities, which will see Bally’s extend its reach across multiple states, leveraging White Hat Gaming’s PAM. This PAM system has undergone rigorous testing to ensure stability and scalability.

The PAM solution offers features such as CRM marketing assistance, a proprietary cashier system, a variety of payment methods, round-the-clock customer support, and an array of tools designed for player protection.

Another notable component of the PAM is White Hat’s Traveling Wallet™. As states continue to authorize the platform, this feature will enable players to maintain consistent use of their App, account funds, bonuses, and loyalty offers irrespective of the state they’re in. This consistency aims to bolster player retention and optimize the experience for players who might transition between states.

It is anticipated that there will be more introductions of this platform across various states in the US in the upcoming months.
