BetMGM has confirmed a $609,198 progressive jackpot win by a Michigan-based player on its exclusive MGM Grand Millions slot title. The winning spin, placed for $20, occurred in January on BetMGM Casino, one of the operator’s regulated iGaming platforms.
The winner, Steven Hooker, received a VIP experience in Las Vegas as part of BetMGM’s jackpot rewards program, which connects online winners to entertainment experiences through MGM Resorts International. The trip included tickets to an AC/DC concert at Allegiant Stadium, luxury accommodations at ARIA, and a range of hospitality and entertainment offerings, including a check presentation at Mandalay Bay.
The MGM Grand Millions slot, developed in-house by Entain, features a five-reel, “All Ways” structure with 243 possible winning combinations in the base game, expanding to 1,024 during free spins. It remains a flagship title within BetMGM’s exclusive progressive jackpot network.
In 2024, BetMGM awarded $128.5 million in progressive jackpots across its online casino platforms, with Michigan accounting for $42.7 million of that total. The year included milestone wins in New Jersey and West Virginia, with the largest prizes awarded in those states to date.
