BetMGM has relaunched Borgata Online in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, introducing an updated platform with a redesigned interface, revised navigation and new account management features.
The operator said the relaunch builds on Borgata Online’s history as one of New Jersey’s first regulated online casinos. Borgata received the state’s first internet gambling permit from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in October 2013, participated in the market’s soft launch in November 2013 and went live when regulated online casino gaming officially opened to the public later that month.
According to BetMGM, records dating back to 2015 indicate Borgata Online has contributed approximately US$250 million in tax revenue to the state of New Jersey.
The updated platform includes a redesigned navigation system, a centralised account hub and a new Rewards Hub, which combines promotions, Borgata Rewards Points and MGM Rewards tier status into a single section.
Borgata Online also offers more than 4,000 games, including 250 exclusive titles and a live dealer portfolio. BetMGM said additional Borgata-branded games are scheduled to launch later this year.
To coincide with the relaunch, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will host a series of promotional events over the US Independence Day weekend, including a fireworks display, on-property activations and customer promotions.
