Betsson Group’s Betsafe brand has adopted cutting-edge software for monitoring player behaviour in real-time for its customers in Canada’s booming Ontario iGaming market.
This powerful tool, called ‘Mentor’, developed by safe software maestros Neccton, is designed to detect and address negative play patterns, including a significant increase in deposit frequency, in order to promote Responsible Gaming and prevent harm.
In addition to player protection, Betsson is also utilizing Neccton’s Anti-Money Laundering module, which is fully compliant with European requirements — as well as those of Ontario and other jurisdictions worldwide.
The software’s rule engine is preconfigured for each specific market, and can be customised by AML or RG officers to meet individual customer needs.
