GiG and Casumo Extend Partnership Till 2027 with Enhanced Features

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has recently announced the extension of its partnership with Casumo, a long-standing collaborator, through to 2027. This extension enriches the original agreement, incorporating GiG’s latest suite of innovative solutions designed to bolster the growth of Casumo’s brand, Dunder.

The augmented partnership entails Casumo’s integration of GiG’s advanced new frontend and marketing-managed services. These services, which encompass Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), affiliate management, and casino lobby functionalities, are set to elevate the user experience for the Dunder brand significantly. GiG’s development of AI-driven features aims to refine decision-making processes, offering valuable data that enhances strategic planning, thereby improving both customer acquisition and retention efforts.

As part of this renewed agreement, Dunder will continue to benefit from GiG’s account and commercial support, drawing on the provider’s extensive experience to focus on scaling growth and operations across its primary markets.

GiG has recently attracted attention with the addition of distinguished industry executives to its management team, signalling a robust interest in its offerings. The introduction of the X-Suite, which includes an integrated platform, sportsbook, and AI-enhanced features, positions GiG optimally to navigate the challenges posed by increasingly strict global regulations. This comprehensive suite aims to drive growth and revenue in the industry’s most demanding markets.

This latest agreement extension with Casumo, a highly respected player in the iGaming industry, underscores GiG’s capability in forging and sustaining successful partnerships. Over the past few months, GiG has announced a series of partnership expansions with notable entities such as Betway, Bplay, and GoldenPark, further cementing its position as a leading provider in the iGaming sector.

Andrew Cochrane, Chief Business Officer of GiG said: “We’re grateful for both extending and strengthening the relationship we have with Casumo. Our anticipation and expectation for the brand are understandably high, aligning perfectly with our mission to drive sustainable growth and profitability of our partners through product innovation, scalable technology and quality of service.”

Tim De Borle, Chief Operating Officer of Casumo added; “Through our continued and strengthening partnership with GiG, we are looking forward to taking full of advantage of the opportunities we see for Dunder, having been impressed with the commitment to service management and innovative product development from the team at GiG.”
