Now in its ninth year, the DEI is a collaborative effort between the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN. The index serves as a benchmarking tool for companies to assess their disability inclusion practices. IGT received an exceptional score across various categories, including Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Diversity, and Non-U.S. Operations.

IGT is proud to join the ranks of 405 esteemed companies in the United States that have earned this distinction. Since establishing its Office of Diversity & Inclusion in 2018, IGT has made significant strides in promoting diversity and creating a more inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities.
