Kindred Prepares to Launch Proprietary Platform in New Jersey

Kindred Group plc (Kindred) has received final approval for its proprietary gaming platform from the New Jersey regulator, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE). This approval marks a significant step towards deploying the Kindred platform throughout the company’s North American operations.

The Kindred platform is anticipated to offer enhanced flexibility and performance through a more comprehensive set of analytics and data. It will also provide Unibet customers in New Jersey with an improved experience, featuring tailored products and content, as well as a broader range of options and offerings. The Kindred platform will also support the company’s safer gambling approach in compliance with local needs and regulations.

The Kindred platform is slated to launch in mid-May, with continuous improvements planned after its initial release. The company expects to continue the platform’s rollout in Pennsylvania during the second quarter of 2023.

“I am very pleased that we are now able to launch our own Kindred platform in New Jersey, and I am immensely proud of everybody at Kindred who has made this possible. Introducing the Kindred platform to our customers in New Jersey will provide the entertainment and experience enjoyed by our customers in Europe. We are now finally able to show off our true Unibet product. I also want to thank the NJDGE for a professional collaboration during the approval process”, says Henrik Tjärnström, CEO of Kindred Group.
