LeoVegas Group Partners with Women in Tech to Promote Gender Equality


LeoVegas Group has announced its partnership with Women in Tech, a Swedish non-profit organization focused on promoting gender equality and empowering women in the technology sector. As a Co-Creating Partner, LeoVegas Group will engage in various initiatives, including participation in the #WITswe2025 Conference and hosting collaborative events.

Women in Tech, founded in 2014, has become a key player in advancing gender equality within Sweden’s IT industry, with nearly 40 partners and 25,000 members. By joining this influential network, LeoVegas Group reaffirms its commitment to increasing female representation in technology roles and fostering innovation within the industry.

As part of this partnership, LeoVegas Group will take an active role in the #WITswe2025 Conference scheduled for April 2025. The collaboration also includes plans for recruitment events and co-hosted activities at LeoVegas Group’s offices in Stockholm, Växjö, and Västerås.

The Group, which has seen rapid growth, has expanded from 800 to approximately 1,900 employees in recent years, many of whom are based in its tech-focused offices worldwide. With numerous open vacancies in cities such as Málaga, Spain, Stockholm, Sweden, and Warsaw, Poland, LeoVegas Group continues to strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
