Lottomatica, The European Operator, Powers Through €21.8bn in Bets as EBITDA Surges 33%


One of Europe’s top-tier gaming giants, Lottomatica Group, continues its winning streak, clocking in €21.8 billion in H1 2025 bets, a 21% leap from last year—and it’s not just handle that’s heating up.

Gross Gaming Revenues rose 13% to €2.36 billion, while total revenue hit €1.13 billion, up 21% year-on-year (+15% on a normalised payout).

In Q2 alone, the company pulled in €543.1 million (+10% YoY), with online revenues jumping 19% to €223.4 million—a clear signal of digital momentum.

Profitability was equally impressive: Adjusted EBITDA reached €422.4 million in H1—up a blistering 33%, or +17% on a normalised basis. Q2 EBITDA landed at €201.9 million, a 20% year-on-year gain.

Despite macro pressure, the group held its line, reaffirming full-year guidance of €2.32–2.37 billion in revenue and €840–870 million in EBITDA.

Verdict? Efficient, digital-led, and margin-strong—this operator is firmly in control of the game.
