Xtremepush and The Pools Collaborate for Digital Transformation


Xtremepush, a prominent provider of omnichannel customer engagement solutions, has established a comprehensive partnership with The Pools, a renowned British gaming brand. This collaboration aims to support The Pools’ digital transformation by implementing Xtremepush’s full platform, which includes a real-time customer data platform (CDP) and various customer relationship management tools.

The Pools, historically known as The Football Pools, has undergone a significant revamp, including the launch of a new application. This renewal emphasizes a player-focused strategy that leverages advanced technology for engaging players across multiple offerings, such as sports betting, casino games, and lottery services.

The partnership involves Xtremepush providing The Pools with an array of optimization, automation, and CRM tools designed to deliver personalized, relevant communications to players. Furthermore, Xtremepush will develop exclusive, custom-made free-to-play (F2P) games, enhancing the overall player experience.

One of the initial F2P games to be launched by The Pools, following this partnership, is ‘Football Squares,’ a bingo-style scratchcard game centered around various football events. This game, along with others, will be supported by Xtremepush’s CRM platform, offering real-time triggers and insights for effective player engagement.

This collaboration marks one of the first implementations of Xtremepush’s unified platform since its acquisition of Thunderbite in September 2023. This acquisition aimed to redefine player engagement, gamification, and loyalty within the igaming industry. With this partnership, Xtremepush and The Pools are poised to set new standards in digital gaming experiences.
