bet365 Set to Launch Sports Betting in Kentucky with Sandy’s Racing & Gaming

bet365 is extending its operations in the US with a planned launch in Kentucky next month.

The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission (KHRC) has approved a service provider license for bet365 to offer sports betting services in the state. Following this decision, Sandy’s Racing and Gaming has confirmed a partnership with bet365, providing them market access.

In light of Kentucky’s recent decision to issue temporary sportsbook licenses, bet365 has entered into a multi-year agreement with Sandy’s Gaming and Racing.

Through this partnership, online sports wagers in Kentucky will be facilitated via the bet365 platform. In accordance with the state’s schedule, retail sports wagers are set to begin on 7th September, and online wagers will be possible starting 28th September.

This move makes Kentucky the sixth state in the US where bet365 has launched its services.

Along with this collaboration, bet365 will offer various features to its users in Kentucky, including the ability to stream live sports events, place in-game bets, and avail early payouts.

On a related note, Sandy’s Racing & Gaming, a $75 million quarter-horse racetrack and entertainment facility, is under development in Ashland. It is projected to open this autumn and is a joint project between Revolutionary Racing Kentucky and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

“We are thrilled to partner with Sandy’s Racing & Gaming. Renowned as the best Same-Game Parlay experience and fastest In-Play product in the industry, we’re looking forward to bringing the bet365 brand to the Bluegrass State,” commented a spokesperson from bet365.

“This is an incredibly exciting time to be a sports fan in Kentucky, bet365 is a trusted, safe and fun way to place wagers on sports and we are proud to partner with them and offer this option to fans across the Bluegrass State,” added Prentice Salter, CEO of Revolutionary Racing.
