BetMGM and Isleta Resort & Casino Launch New Sportsbook

In a significant development within the igaming sector, BetMGM has announced the inauguration of its latest retail sportsbook situated at the Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This strategic partnership heralds BetMGM’s foray into the New Mexico sports betting market.

The new BetMGM Sportsbook at Isleta spans an impressive 4,900 square feet, outfitted with 35 television screens for an immersive viewing experience. The venue also boasts exclusive VIP areas for enhanced customer service. Patrons have access to five betting windows and four self-service kiosks, providing a streamlined betting process.

As BetMGM broadens its footprint across various markets, it maintains a commitment to responsible gambling. Emphasizing this, BetMGM integrates GameSense into its customer offerings, a program dedicated to responsible gaming, originally developed by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. This program, along with BetMGM’s existing responsible gambling protocols, aims to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. GameSense is now seamlessly integrated into both BetMGM’s mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring that patrons have ready access to responsible gaming resources as part of their digital igaming experience.

“This is an exciting moment for both Isleta Resort & Casino and those that enjoy the fun and excitement of sports betting. We believe we are ‘Where the fun begins’ when it comes to New Mexico Gaming,” said Adrianna Jiron, Chief Operations Officer, Isleta Resort & Casino.

Adam Greenblatt, Chief Executive Officer, BetMGM, said, “It’s a privilege to enter New Mexico and collaborate with Isleta Resort & Casino. We’re confident sports fans will enjoy the world-class gameday experience that only BetMGM provides.”

Karl Waitner, Chief Executive Officer, Isleta Resort & Casino, said, “Isleta Resort & Casino’s goal is to constantly improve the consumer experience. Our new partnership with BetMGM makes unforgettable moments in sports even more personal, powerful, and fun.”
