BVGroup has confirmed a new strategic partnership with Rhino Entertainment Group to support the launch of a global-facing sportsbook and casino brand, marking the operator’s entry into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space.
Under the agreement, Rhino will utilise BVGroup’s proprietary technology to roll out Puntit, a new brand targeting international markets. The move signifies a broader strategic shift for BVGroup, which is evolving from traditional white-label partnerships to a SaaS model that enables third-party operators to launch and manage their brands independently on BVGroup’s platform.
BVGroup, which operates established brands including BetVictor Casino, Betano UK, Parimatch UK, Heart Bingo, and talkSPORT BET, brings both B2C and B2B expertise to the partnership. The company’s move into SaaS represents a new direction in its commercial offering, focusing on scalable technology solutions for external partners.
Rhino Entertainment, known for its CasinoDays brand, will expand into the sportsbook segment for the first time through Puntit. The collaboration gives Rhino access to BVGroup’s end-to-end sportsbook solution, including its trading, risk management, and compliance infrastructure.
The launch of Puntit, scheduled for 2025, will serve as the first deployment of BVGroup’s SaaS model. The partnership also reflects a broader trend in the igaming industry toward greater flexibility and modularity in platform provision, as operators seek to customise their offerings while leveraging proven technology stacks.
BVGroup has signalled this is the beginning of a long-term strategy to position itself as a key technology partner for operators globally, offering an alternative route to market alongside traditional platform providers.
