Casino Time Launches with GiG Platform to Expand Presence in Ontario

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) announces the launch of Casino Time, powered by its iGaming platform and real-time rules engine LogicX, in the regulated Canadian province of Ontario. Additionally, SportX, a revolutionary sportsbook, is set to follow soon, further extending GiG’s footprint in the region.

The launch of Casino Time is noteworthy as it introduces regulated online Bingo for the second time in Ontario. Alongside Bingo, the platform offers a robust Casino vertical, with plans to integrate SportX later this year.

GiG’s focus on driving revenue growth for operators is evident in its scalable iGaming platform, offering localized third-party content and leading suppliers tailored to the Ontarian market. The platform’s gamification layer enhances player engagement and retention, providing an optimized casino experience aligned with regional preferences.

Operated by leading retail operators in Ontario’s Charitable Gaming sector, Casino Time emphasizes personalized service and community engagement. The platform continues its partnership with local charities, pioneering a joint fundraising model in the iGaming sector.

Ontario, in its second year of licensed operations, has emerged as a significant iGaming market in North America, ranking second only to New Jersey. With over 1.6 million active player accounts across 40 plus operators, the province generated €1.3 billion in Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) in its inaugural year, according to data from iGaming Ontario and Vixio.

Andrew Cochrane, Chief Business Officer of GiG, said: “GiG continues to set the pace with a strong cadence of brand launches in 2024, and I’m pleased that when operators are seeking platform solutions in regulated markets, GiG is leading the pack. Our partnership with Casino Time, will help deliver something new and exciting to the Ontarian market, and further helps to demonstrate the flexibility of our solutions, adapting to match the regional aspirations of our partners to deliver growth.”

D’Arcy Stuart, CEO of Casino Time, said: “We are thrilled to partner with GiG as the core technology provider of our iGaming platform. Their powerful suite of player engagement tools, as well as diverse content and regulatory integrations, underpin our ability to serve and delight our player community. Our hybrid online and offline customer network, as well as unique bingo offerings, will drive exciting opportunities as the platform and the marketplace continues to grow.”
