Entain plc, a global sports betting and gaming group, has announced the appointment of Gavin Isaacs as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 2 September 2024.
Gavin Isaacs brings over 25 years of experience in the global sports betting, gaming, and lottery industries. His extensive leadership experience includes roles at prominent companies such as Scientific Games Corporation, DraftKings Inc, SB Tech, Bally Technologies Inc, and Aristocrat Technologies. In 2022, Isaacs was inducted into the American Gaming Association’s Hall of Fame, a testament to his industry expertise and successful leadership in building and guiding various businesses.
As part of Entain’s planned succession strategy, Stella David will collaborate with Gavin Isaacs during the transition period. Stella David is set to succeed Barry Gibson as Chair of Entain following his retirement on 30 September 2024, ensuring a seamless leadership transition for the company.
