FanDuel Named Formula 1 Betting Partner

iGaming operator FanDuel has entered into a multi-year agreement with Formula 1 to become an Official Betting Operator of the series in the United States.

The partnership marks the first time Formula 1 has signed a betting operator partnership in the US market and extends FanDuel’s presence across major international sports properties. FanDuel operates as part of Flutter Entertainment.

Under the agreement, sportsbook odds supplied by FanDuel will be integrated into Formula 1’s age-gated Betting Guide and related editorial content across the Formula 1 website and mobile application. The partnership will also include collaboration on responsible gambling content aimed at Formula 1 audiences.

Fans using FanDuel’s sportsbook platform will have access to a range of Formula 1 betting markets including race winners, podium finishes and head-to-head driver matchups. The companies also confirmed that additional wagering products linked to Formula 1 are expected to launch later this year.

Formula 1 has continued to expand its commercial presence in the United States in recent seasons, with races in Miami, Austin and Las Vegas contributing to increased audience growth and commercial activity across the region. The agreement provides FanDuel with additional exposure within the sports and iGaming sector as competition for sportsbook partnerships in regulated US markets continues to increase.

“Being named an Official Betting Operator of Formula 1 marks an exciting step forward as we enhance our sportsbook product to deliver more interactive experiences for fans,” said Karol Corcoran, Managing Director of FanDuel Sportsbook. “Formula 1 generates an incredible amount of real-time data, and our platform is built to turn that into engaging betting opportunities for fans. This partnership will allow us to deliver even more immersive, data-driven experiences throughout the race weekend.”

“We’re delighted to welcome FanDuel as our new Official Betting Operator in the United States and Canada – markets that continue to increase their love and engagement with Formula 1,” said Jonny Haworth, Director of Commercial Partnerships, Formula 1. “As sports betting becomes an increasing component with how fans, especially in the US, interact with sport, it’s vital we have a strong and well-placed partner to deliver our strategy and fuel our momentum across the market. With tens of millions of fans across the country, FanDuel is yet another avenue that eligible fans can enjoy and experience the thrill of Formula 1.”
