According to the live scores platform, its World Cup coverage has attracted 2.35 million unique UK users and generated 387.7 million views across live scores, match centres, previews, articles and audio content.
The data also indicates growing engagement beyond live score updates. UK users recorded 1.6 million match preview views, 1.23 million article views and 147,000 audio plays during the tournament.
England’s progress to the quarter-finals has contributed to the platform’s UK traffic. Flashscore said England ranks seventh globally for team profile opens, while the team’s Round of 16 match against Mexico at the Azteca Stadium is the fourth-most viewed fixture of the tournament, generating 17.5 million users and 53.2 million views.
Among individual players, England captain Harry Kane ranked 20th globally for player profile opens with 3.9 million, narrowly behind Brazil’s Vinicius Junior on 4.0 million. Norway striker Erling Haaland ranked eighth with 5.7 million player profile opens.
