Kindred’s Q3 2023 Results Highlight Revenue and Responsible Gambling Efforts


In Q3 2023, Kindred Group plc disclosed that 3.3% of their revenue stemmed from high-risk gambling activities. An increased emphasis on detection and automated interventions during this quarter manifested in the recorded improvement in behavior after interventions, tallying at 86.7%.

During the third quarter, Kindred’s revenue share from high-risk gambling was 3.3%, marking a slight rise from 3.1% in Q2 2023. To enhance the responsible igaming experience across its brands, the company has consistently introduced automated interventions and enriched the capabilities of their safer gambling toolkit throughout the period. While the current trend maintains consistency, Kindred acknowledges the necessity for additional measures. Their dedication to fostering a safer igaming environment remains undeterred, but they also stress the importance of further initiatives to ensure long-term industry sustainability in all markets. One notable outcome from the quarter is the significant number of detected customers – 86.7% – amending their gambling habits post-intervention.
