Ladbrokes Adds iGaming Title Playbook Football from Playbook Fusion

Entain’s Ladbrokes has become the first operator to launch Playbook Football™, a new real-money igaming product developed by Playbook Fusion. The title is now available to UK players and introduces a virtual football management experience that integrates betting mechanics with progression-based gameplay.

The release of Playbook Football™ marks the debut of Playbook Fusion’s portfolio and follows the company’s recent licensing approval from the UK Gambling Commission, along with game certification from eCogra. The game is distributed exclusively via Games Global and delivered through Playbook Fusion’s proprietary remote gaming server platform.

Ladbrokes customers now have access to a format that allows them to create teams, place wagers, earn in-game rewards, and advance through competitive divisions. Players can also track their progress on live leaderboards, positioning the game as a hybrid between sports betting and interactive gaming.

The launch aligns with both Entain and Playbook Fusion’s interest in broadening igaming experiences through cross-vertical products. It also signals Games Global’s continued support for new studios targeting innovation in regulated European markets.

Steve Rogers, Founder and CEO at Playbook Fusion, said: “Playbook Football™ is here to change the game for sportsbook operators, and we are thrilled for it to debut in the UK with Ladbrokes.

“Uniquely, we have developed a gambling product that marries the skill, team building and persistence of video gaming with the opportunity to place bets. With Playbook Football™ players have control over the teams they build and can use skill and strategy to improve team ratings over time – it’s like nothing else on the market and sits in a category of its own.

“We look forward to working with the Entain team to engage players and deliver the interactive, strategy-led football betting experiences that we know they are now seeking.”
