PENN Entertainment Partners With NHL For ESPN BET And theScore Bet

PENN Entertainment has joined forces with the National Hockey League (NHL) in a significant partnership. The collaboration appoints PENN’s online sports betting platforms, ESPN BET in the United States and theScore Bet in Ontario, Canada, as Official Sports Betting Partners of the NHL.

The partnership provides ESPN BET and theScore Bet with an array of rights and integrations, embracing intellectual property rights and marketing integrations within the League’s programming, alongside engagement in premier NHL experiences.

ESPN BET, introduced on November 14 across 17 US states, marks a significant venture. It represents a synergistic blend of ESPN’s renowned brand presence and multi-platform influence, integrated with PENN Entertainment’s specialised in-house technology and profound operational knowledge in sports betting.

Effective immediately, PENN’s entitlements encompass various NHL events, such as the regular season, Stanley Cup® Playoffs, 2024 NHL Winter Classic®, 2024 NHL Stadium Series™, and the 2024 NHL® All-Star Weekend. The alliance also emphasizes a joint commitment to maintaining high standards of game integrity.
